Credit Review Questions

I have a capitalone credit card with a 300 dollar limit. I recently paid it off and have $300 worth of credit available. But I have a balance of negative 200 some dollars. What does this mean?

Do I owe this money? I put down a full payment well before it was due so I’m kind of stumped.

We pay off our credit card balance off in full every month. They just reduced our credit line by half – ‘for non-usage’. I know that this affects the credit score negatively. What can one do in this case?
Our credit score is excellent right now and we don’t have any debt other than our mortgage and car payments (which we never miss). So I am not looking to repair my credit. The question is how can we prevent our credit score from dropping due to the card reducing our limit.

I have always paid my CC balance at the end of the month; however, for the next few months, I will need to carry a balance due to educational and moving expenses. I fully intend to pay off the balance in a couple of months. Will this hurt my credit score? If so, how long will it take to bring it back to its current standing.
